Adult McDonald's Happy Meal
"We're literally repackaging one of the most memorable McDonald's experiences in a new way that's hyper-relevant for our adult customers," Tariq Hassan, McDonald's USA Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer, said. "I can't wait to give fans a one-of-a-kind piece of art and culture as we plunge into the vibrant world of Cactus Plant Flea Market together next week."

McDonald's Happy Meals for Adults include either a Big Mac or a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, as well as fries and a drink to make it a complete meal. Customers will open these happy meals to find one of four collectible figures inside – particularly crafted for the Cactus Plant Flea Market Happy Meal box, of course. The toys will be either Grimace, the Hamburglar, or Birdie from the burger restaurant, or a new toy called Cactus Buddy.
According to a press statement from McDonald's, a variety of goods will be offered as part of this collaboration, which will further explore "the relationship between the two companies, displaying Cactus Plant Flea Market's unique ability to delve into deeply particular nostalgia." Concerning the latter brand, The New York Post said on Tuesday that Cactus Plant Flea Market's popularity has increased to the point where the company can sell sweatshirts for as much as $1,000 on the StockX online marketplace.
Adult Happy Meals are now available at McDonald's.
The original red box Happy Meal debuted in 1979, at a period when fast-food options were limited. That implies that anyone in their late 40s or older definitely remembers them when getting a plastic toy with your McDonald's meal was like getting two presents in one.
McDonald's latest meal box will re-create that sensation, but this time for a completely different audience. Not only is the box geared at adults rather than youngsters, but it is also likely to attract collectors from the fashion world.
Customers can get a Big Mac or a 10-piece Chicken McNugget with fries and a drink for the company's grown-up Happy Meal. But, once again, the real pleasure is at the bottom of the bag. This Happy Meal includes a Cactus Buddy! toy or one of three stylised classic McDonald's figures. That means Birdie, the Hamburglar, and our dear friend Grimace will all be available to collect in the Cactus Flea Plant Market's characteristic aesthetic.

McDonald's Brings Collectible Streetwear Toys
Cynthia Lu, the designer who found herself as rapper Pharrell's personal stylist after the two bonded over sneakers, created Cactus Plant Flea Market. Lu is well-known for refusing interviews, believing that the brand's designs speak for themselves. And her enigmatic nature, paired with impromptu limited-edition designs, generates a frenzy of buzz around the company with each new product release.
Kanye West, Kendall Jenner, Frank Ocean, and actor Timothée Chalamet have all worn the brand's unique smiley face pattern on hand-dipped tie-dye prints since it launched. Other popular musicians, such as Kid Cudi and the Rolling Stones, have also commissioned CPFM for merchandise.
Previously, at this time in 2020, the brand collaborated with McDonald's and musician Travis Scott. Cactus Jack, the rapper's CPFM alter-ego, witnessed McDonald's stores across the United States run out of hamburgers due to excessive demand. According to HypeBae, the toys will be available at McDonald's on October 3. If you want to see the truly limited edition things, unique McDonald's x Cactus Plant Flea Market merch will be available online at 8 a.m. Pacific – and those delights won't last long.
